Challenge
US tariff exposure required a functional overseas production hub — from site research to a fully staffed operation — under severe time pressure.
Our Solution
A “0-to-100” capacity expansion covering on-the-ground site research, office setup and rapid local hiring through local agencies and EOR providers, alongside managed relocation of Chinese specialists to support production ramp-up.
Results
