Our practice is led by a strategic HR leader specialising in the "Zero-to-One" phase of international expansion, with leadership experience at OKX, Bitdeer and Bitmain. Raised and educated in Singapore, she brings natural fluency in cross-border business culture and global mobility standards — having led market entry projects across Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia) and the United States.
